Semi-competitive aggressive team

Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- U-turn
- Dragon Claw

I always open with Flygon to see what their open is and U-turn for early damage, switching into something that will either counter or kill next. Outside of that, I use Flygon near exclusively for revenge-killing already weak enemies.
Flygon is useful for me to tank ground attacks like Earthquake (outside of Mold Breakers) for Mawile and electric for Milotic.

However, the problem is, I feel like Flygon herself doesn't hold a lot of threat to most teams I face. Even with high speed, she's not going to be taking hits when a lot of people are now using priority attacks. Should I change her set a bit, such as swapping Dragon Claw for Outrage for more presence, or should I look into another Pokemon altogether?

Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Ice Beam
- Scald

My physical wall, but also tanks any sort of ice and fire damage for all my dragons and Mawile. I've been extremely happy with Milotic so far and she's always been one of the MVPs for fights.

I'm just wondering about her two attack moves. Scald works well because if it burns, it makes it easier for her to be the physical wall I need, but also can help her against some stalls. But for Ice Beam, I'm wondering if I should keep it to have better coverage, or should I try Dragon Tail in case they try to set up on me or just disrupt their switches?

Noivern @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Flamethrower
- Air Slash
- Boomburst
- Draco Meteor

My primary special sweeper. Between switching in to revenge-kill or to fly over Earthquakes, Noivern's helped a lot. There's not a lot I would know to change on it, but if you have better ideas, I'd welcome it. It's pretty standard.
Flamethrower to down steels, Air Slash for fighting types, Draco Meteor is the big STAB, and Boomburst any other situation that I don't want to commit to a Draco Meteor.

Haxorus @ Choice Band
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Brick Break

My primary physical sweeper. Been enjoying the 1-2HKO capabilities, but I'm wondering if Adamant Choice Band is overkill. She does sometimes get outsped, but I'm not sure if Jolly would help it. And I feel the power loss by going Choice Scarf is too much.

What important 1-2HKOs might I lose out on if I go Jolly over Adamant? And what things will I begin to outspeed?

Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 Spd
Modest Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Sludge Wave
- Ice Beam

Secondary bulky special. She eats grass for Milotic and takes any kind of special attack and throws something back. While the attack boost from Sap Sipper goes literally nowhere, I find the extra immunity helpful for this team that has glaring weaknesses elsewhere.
Dragon Pulse for STAB. Flamethrower rips through most stallers that I'd send Goodra on (Ferrothorn and maybe Venusaurs). Sludge Wave is the go-to for when I send her in to facetank fairy specials, and Ice Beam is for other walls such as Gliscor or Mandibuzz.

Overall fine with how Goodra is. Though if there are better ideas, I'd like to hear them.

Mawile @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 124 HP / 252 Atk / 132 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Fire Fang
- Play Rough

Secondary physical and my ace. Takes dragon attacks for 4 of the team and most physical attacks. I tend to save her for last or for switch-in counters that I am sure will force the opponent to switch, giving her a free Swords Dance. Otherwise I try to eliminate her threats first with the others before letting loose.

Been keeping close attention to the OU Mawile thread and the talks about speeding up Mawile. This just brings me back to the same problem with Haxorus. What kinds of 1-2HKOs will I miss out if I go Jolly and how much speed then? Going Jolly will give her more EVs for me to put in HP in case I need it, and she does already have a huge amount of power backing her to begin with.

These are mostly favorites that I put together to be a somewhat working team. Despite the glaring amount of dragons, it has been working out for me so far as I learn more and more on the Pokemon XY metagame.

I spent too much time on this team and I tend to be really stubborn with some changes, so a thank you in advance is a must.

Thank you for your time.
