Paralyzed Volcarona has 82 Spd at +0. Relaxed Forretress has 104 Spd.
Also @ Myzozoa, Garchomp would be back at 77.5% after KOing Forretress, it gets Lefties recovery after switching in on turn 1 and then after the KO on turn 2, so it heals back all the Spikes damage.
 
Team 1 just needs to set up SR and it wins.
A: Volcarona comes in on Stealth Rock. In this case, Forretress just Rapid Spins the hazards away as Volcarona kills it (Relaxed Forretress outspeeds paralysed Volcarona), and Salamence will come in and run through the team with Outrage.


B: Garchomp comes in on Stealth Rock. In this case, Forretress just Rapid Spins anyway. If Garchomp stays in, Forretress will die and the hazards won't get removed. Rotom-W will then come in and sweep through the entire team, barring critical hits.

If Garchomp switches out, the hazards get spun away. If he goes to Ninetales, you Volt Switch out to Salamence and sweep. If he goes to Volcarona, you Rapid Spin. If you live, Volt Switch out to Salamence and sweep. If you die, sweep with Salamence.

But then it's just very messy predictions, I mean sure this is already messy predictions, but really if you get sr-up you have a very good chance. If they bring volcarona in on the SR then you sac forry and spam volt turn on rotom-w until theyre in hydro pump range.
 
Yeah;i figured out that i got messed up somewhere. But i think everyone gets it now, go to the SR on volca, to the spin on chomp. After that, basic sweepage.

edit: lol, just kidding. I didn't see that Team 1 has Stealth Rock on its side already. In that case, Team 1 loses badly.

if it hits 3 times (.8^3=.512) then you lose

if it misses the you rest again

so team 1 basically has a 75% chance of winning
