Shaymin’s amazing coverage allows it to run a plethora of sets such as Choice Scarf, Life Orb, and SubSeed. This one lets Shaymin hit switch-ins such as Yanmega and Roserade really hard. Grassium Z lets Shaymin bluff a Choice Scarf set and blow past counters like Cresselia and Snorlax with prior drops from Seed Flare. Synthesis lets it heal as it forces Pokemon such as Mega Blastoise, Mega Steelix, and Milotic out. Seed Flare dropping Special Defense is especially important, as it allows Shaymin to get around Pokemon like Mandibuzz that would otherwise beat it. This set is extremely easy to tailor specifically for your team’s needs, as it only needs Seed Flare and Synthesis and can afford running support moves like Healing Wish and Aromatherapy or coverage like Earth Power and Dazzling Gleam. However, this set struggles to hit Steel-types and is forced to rely on Seed Flare despite its low PP to get around defensive counterplay such as Mandibuzz and Snorlax.

Looking good. Id just use really hard instead of extremely hard since it gives the impression it can KO Roserade with its coverage like with Yanmega, but it just 2hkos Rose with Air Slash.
