I just got a Shedinja and i used it a couple of times and its awesome! So i decided to make a team around it:

My Lead. Changes the wheater so Shedinja dont be hit by Hail and Sandstorm. Also covers alot of Shedinja's weaknesses.

Baton Passed Subs to Shedinja, so it cant be hit by Status and Leech Seed and it safe for a extra attack. Hidden Power Grass to cover Swampert.

My Rapid Spinner, which is a need on this team. I choose this one since its the only Rapid Spinner that can heal without Rest. Also can absorb Status. Not sure if i want to counter Gyara or Chomp.

Magnezone benefits a lot from extra speed. You don't really need HPFire on it, as a trapped Forretress won't do anything to it anyhow. (provided you installed Magnet Rise) Therefor I suggest:

I dont like Max Speed on Magnezone, this set is more defensive. I also dont like Magnet Rise, just meh. And without Magnet Rise it can be killed by EQ, that's why Hidden Power Fire.

But without EQ im Heatran weak, so i use Crunch over Body Slam ok?

Also, im not sure if Magnezone is a need on this team. Maybe i can replace it for something usefuller, like Gliscor who can counter Hera(a big threat to Shedinja)
 
It seems a well put together team. I would run Thunderbolt on Jolteon and Ice Beam on Starmie because Rain Dance isn't the focus of your team, its only there to remove SS/Hail.

If you want to kill steels, Magnet Rise is a smart option because Heatran and Metagross carry ground moves, and you won't outspeed them without Timid (also Heatran won't die to one Thunderbolt). Magnet Rise is generally a good idea anyway, not being hit by EQ is a good thing.

You've fluffed the EVs on your Bronzong as well, I imagine that should be 152 atk? I guess you're splitting the tanking between him and Magnezone, so that's fine. Curselax is another option, you could drop Sleep Talk for it. Running Crunch over Body Slam is a good idea as well.
 
Yeah, T-bolt and Ice Beam are the best options and yeah 152 Att.

Snorlax has RestTalk for Status absorb (Wow and poison kill Shedinja).

Magnezone mostly on here to kill Skarmory and Forrie, so they cant lay down Spikes all the time so Shedinja can switch in. Heatran is countered by Lax with EQ, Meta cant touch Bronzong or Shedinja.
