What is the bug?
Tauros brought my klawf to it's focus sash but my anger shell wasn't activated.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

This is not a bug. Tauros's ability, Sheer Force, prevented Klawf's ability, Anger Shell, from activating due to its secondary effect being removed (which was the 30% flinch chance).
