Sheer Force

Sheer Force. It is a powerful ability. Yet, it is inconsistent with ingame in that certain moves which are boosted by Sheer Force in-game are not boosted in ASB, such as Bulldoze, Fake Out, Inferno, etc. So the question is, will we decide to be consistent with in-game, or not? That lies with the Council. The quoted post that started it all:
Proposing that we change Sheer Force to act like it does in-game in relation to which moves get boosted... Currently moves such as Fake Out, Bulldoze, Inferno, and Zap Cannon do not get boosted (even though they do receive the boost and negation effect ingame.)

I just see zero reason as to why we are special snowflakes for this ability
This was pretty much supported overwhelmingly, & got enough demand to instantly move to a vote. Here is Sheer Force at the moment:
[BOX]Sheer Force:

Type: Can be Enabled

This Pokemon can energize all its attacks with secondary effect chances less than 100%. When Enabled, the Base Attack Power of every move with an effect chance less than 100% increases by two (2), but they will never have a secondary effect.

Pokemon with this ability: Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Krabby, Kingler, Tauros, Totodile, Croconaw, Feraligatr, Steelix, Makuhita, Hariyama, Mawile, Trapinch, Bagon, Cranidos, Rampardos, Timburr, Gurdurr, Conkeldurr, Darmanitan, Druddigon, Rufflet, Braviary, Landorus.[/BOX]
After some adaptations & research for a good definition for the proposed Sheer Force without having to add a Bulbapedia link, the description for the proposed Sheer Force will be this (Unless someone can word it better):
[BOX]Sheer Force:

Type: Can be Enabled

This Pokemon can energize all its attacks with a secondary effect (These are damaging moves that either lower the target's stats, raise the user's stats, or inflict a status condition on the target). When Enabled, the Base Attack Power of every move with a secondary effect increases by two (2), but they will never have their usual secondary effect.

Pokemon with this ability: Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Krabby, Kingler, Tauros, Totodile, Croconaw, Feraligatr, Steelix, Makuhita, Hariyama, Mawile, Trapinch, Bagon, Cranidos, Rampardos, Timburr, Gurdurr, Conkeldurr, Darmanitan, Druddigon, Rufflet, Braviary, Landorus.[/BOX]
This description is supposed to model in-game, but yeah. On to the vote.

This will be a single vote with two options. Just option the preferred option, & yeah. Your options are:
[BOX]Adopt the proposed Sheer Force
Retain the current Sheer Force[/BOX]
First to four votes is considered majority. Other than that, time to change the face of ASB with sheer force! /badpun

Adopt the proposed Sheer Force

Nothing game breaking after further research. So... Yeah. Let us just fix this issue up.
