This is actually pretty fucked up. Just imagine it like this: sure, the guy will never have privacy but everyone else is forced to always seem him. You will see him get naked whenever it takes a bath, you will see him blast rope, you will see him whenever he has to vomit or do something as gross, even if you close your eyes. This probably applies to everyone as well so a lot of children will get traumatized and people will have to live with that. Maybe his powers disappear when he dies but what if they don't? What if everyone forced to watch the body slowly decompose into a skeleton. It brings a lot of existential questions which arguably makes the visible man a top tier supervillain.

This is actually pretty damn good, this has no given limitations so it can averagely do stuff that one can't normally do like flying or using super strength.
