Shoddy from Local Computer

A lot of times, I don't have access to the internet, but I still wish to use Shoddy (For purposes such as editing my team, etc.) I used to have a .jar file that allowed me to run Shoddy, but I got reimaged. I am not sure how I obtained that file, and I was wondering if there was a war to get a shoddybattle application that does not access the internet to run?

(The current shoddybattle.jnlp accesses http://shoddybattle.com/client/)

I tried downloading the file at http://www.shoddybattle.com/client/shoddybattle.jar , but it didn't run. help?

So basically your extension is screwed up? (.exe, .rar, etc.)
