Without Kyogre Support its ability is really easy to get rid of due to the hard ability to keep rain dance in play second it has no reliable recovery move other than rest which can only be taken care of during rain.
Another weakness is during a turn in which ur opponent knows rest is going to come up they bring in rayquaza (AIR LOCK) or Groudon (Drought)
easily counter hydration.
Just An Observation that i would like to be put into effect.
