===================
Shox is a great special wall with unique traits that let it fit on bootsspam and balance teams, due to Sticky Hold being a rare and valued ability on most teams for a consistent Knock Off absorber, while threatening most common Knock Off users like Gliscor, Hisuian Samurott, and Obliteryx with its coverage. Shox can wall Dragapult and Gholdengo lacking Focus Blast and pivot on them, while checking the likes of Tornadus-T and Obliteryx and strike back with Volt Switch or threaten to cripple with Glare or Knock Off. With its slow Volt Switch, Shox can act as a defensive pivot, to bring in powerful breakers for balance teams, while its ability to absorb Knock Off lets Shox alleviate hazard pressure for its teammates, and in some cases even allows bulkier structures to forgo hazard removal altogether. It can utilize Knock Off itself, having Ice Beam and Volt Switch to hit common Knock Off absorbers like Gliscor, Corviknight, and Snaelstrom super effectively. Glare can be considered on some Shox sets for the ability to paralyze even Ground types like Equilibra and Ting-Lu. Tera Fairy removes all of its weaknesses, turns Fighting into a resistance, and provides a Dragon immunity, which can be used against Pokemon like Dragapult if your health is too low to take a hit.

Shox can wall and cripple special threats like Chuggalong, Dragapult, Krilowatt, and Ramnarok with Ice Beam, Knock Off or Glare, depending on the set. It also counters bulky hazard stack teams, as it fully walls Gholdengo lacking Focus Blast to pivot against it, while being immune to the main progress maker on said teams. It fits nicely with Tornadus-T, giving it a safe switch to start clicking Nasty Plot and threaten Grass, Ground, and Fighting types that switch into Shox or build a VoltTurn core with Shox if it has a bulkier set. On a simmilar note, pivots like Snaelstrom and Corviknight can freely come in on most Ground types that are immune to Volt Switch and build a VoltTurn core with Shox while walling the physical threats that threaten it out like Zamazenta, Colossoil, and Revenankh. They cover each others weaknesses well and the pivoting offered by them can be valuable in bringing in frail Pokemon like Weavile and Dragapult. Shox fits best on bulky hazard stack teams, being a bundle of unique utility packed into one Pokemon. Since some bulky hazard stack teams lack hazard removal and instead opt to run Heavy-Duty Boots on most of their Pokemon, Sticky Hold is very valuable to be able to absorb Knock Off. It has trouble dealing with Equilibra, even after paralyzing it and removing it's leftovers, so Pokemon such as Kitsunoh and Ogerpon-W to block Rapid Spin and wall Equilibra or threaten it out are very valuable.

[Other Options]
====================
If you don't need a Knock Off absorber, Electromorphosis can be considered, as the damage buff can allow Shox to OHKO non Assault Vest Tornadus-T variants and heavily damage Arghonaut. Tera options are very wide on Shox, tera Flying being a standout between the ones not mentioned yet, flipping its matchup into Ground type attacks and Fighting type attacks, while tera Ghost, another one that pops out, allows it to block Rapid Spin and gain an immunity to Fighting while recieving a neutrality to its other weaknesses. Tera Grass flips it's weakness against Ground while gaining resistances to Grass and Water to wall Ogerpon-W, being able to paralyse it and chip it with Volt Switch.

[Checks and Counters]
**Ground-types**: Being immune to Volt Switch, Pokemon like Equilibra and Ting-lu can easily switch into Shox and threaten it out. Most bulky ground types are barely out of range of the Ice Beam 2HKO, allowing them to also switch in safely to an extent. Specially defensive Gliscor or Gliscor that has used Tera can win the 1v1 against Shox, being able to cripple it with Toxic or threaten it with Earthquake.

**Toxic**: Toxic heavily cripples Shox as it bleeds health faster than it can heal it and slowly gets worn down, thus Shox fears switching in against users like Pecharunt, Snaelstrom, and Gliscor.

**Galarian-Slowking**: Galarian Slowking can switch in, not minding Glare or Ice Beam, though it must fear being crippled by Glare or Knock Off. If it successfully switches in, it can bring a Pokemon that threatens Shox on the field safely such as Zamazenta, Revenankh and Great Tusk.

**Zamazenta**: Zamazenta, especially the Substitute IDBP set, can use Shox as setup fodder and win the 1v1.

Tera Type: Fairy / Grass
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch / Discharge
- Knock Off / Glare / Super Fang
- Ice Beam / Glare / Super Fang
- Milk Drink

Feels like there are quite a lot of slashes here and while Shox is fairly customizable for a team, most of these slashes can be dropped and just mentioned in the SET COMMENTS section. I would argue Super Fang > Glare for the 3rd slot in terms of taking away slashes and have it just be Ice Beam / Super Fang.

Shox is a great special wall with unique traits that let it fit on a lot of diffrent archetypes, from stall to bulky offense, due to Sticky Hold being a rare and valued ability on most teams for a consistent Knock Off absorber. With it's Normal typing it's Shox is immune to Dragapult and Gholdengo's Ghost-type STAB moves able to fully wall the likes of Dragapult and Gholdengo trying to launch their powerful Ghost-type attacks, which there are few resistances to. With while its Electric-typing it can allows Shox to resist Flying type STAB moves like Bleakwind Storm from the likes of Tornadus-T and  Obliteryx strike back with STAB Volt Switch. With Volt Switch it Shox can act as a defensive pivot, bringing value to balance and offense teams alike, while it's ability to absorb Knock Off helps stall and especially bulky hazard stack teams by switching in and allowing teammates to keep their items. It can utilize Knock Off itself, having Ice Beam and Volt Switch to hit common Knock Off absorbers like Gliscor, Corviknight, Snaelstrom, and Colossoil for super effective damage. Milk Drink provides consistent healing for Shox to switch in more often. If you don't need a Knock Off absorber, Electromorphosis can be considered as the damage buff can allow you to OHKO non Assault Vest Tornadus-T variants and heavily damage Arghonaut. Glare can be considered on some Shox sets for the ability to paralyze Ground types such as?. Between Glare and Knock Off, it can be quite hard to switch into Shox, with its most common switch ins being crippled by eighter either losing their items or being paralyzed like Equilibra and Ting-Lu. I think Equilibra and Ting-Lu are great examples for losing items but I would focus on faster threats that hate being paralyzed like Dragapult or any fast mon really lol. Discharge is an alternative to Volt Switch for the ability to sit on the field and potentially paralyze something, compressing stab STAB damage and the paralasys status effect from Glare paralysis into one move, but not doing eighter effect as efficiently at the cost of guaranteeing paralysis outright or having the ability to pivot safely. Super Fang can half the HP pool of an opponent put them in range of Volt Switch or an attack from a teammate putting Pokemon without recovery in a bit of pinch if paired with Knock Off to rid said Pokemon of their Leftovers. Tera Fairy removes all of it's weaknesses, even turning Fighting into a resistance, and providing a Dragon immunity, which can be used against Pokemon like Dragapult if your health is too low to take a Dragon type hit. Tera Grass flips it's weakness against Ground while also removing all other weaknesses Shox had.

I think Grass is a good Tera Type for Shox but definitely not of the same caliber as Fairy. I would also argue Flying is better just because with Sticky Hold you don't ever have to worry about taking SR damage and it makes Ground an immunity rather than a resistance and is a generally better defensive typing than Grass is. If Grass is to be mentioned, I would also give a nod to checking Wogerpon but Shox cannot do much back beyond paralysis :x

Utilizing it's special bulk, Shox can wall and cripple special threats like Chuggalong, Dragapult, Krilowatt, and Mollux with Ice Beam, Knock Off or Glare, depending on the set. Shox also counters bulky hazard stack teams, as it fully walls Gholdengo lacking Focus Blast, a common sight on those teams. It can absorb Knock Off and deal with the users examples are necessary imo, all while clicking Knock off of it's own, crippling common Heavy-Duty Boots spam teams. With Shox' rare Normal typing it can also wall Kitsunoh and threaten it back with Knock Off to make it very difficult for common teammates to switch in due to it's sheer utility. A Pokemon that is hard to stop if it gets going is Ramnarok, which Shox can switch in against and paralyze with Glare for a teammate to be able to outspeed it or pivot into a faster threat like Deoxys-S or Iron Valiant, which couldn't switch in on their own. It fits nicely with Tornadus-T, giving it a safe switch to start clicking Nasty Plot and threaten the Grass types that resist Electric. Mention that Torn-T is a good VoltTurn partner and that should also be the main point to nail imo A good partner for Shox can also be Snaelstrom, forming a very good core with it, as Snaelstrom can freely come in on most Ground-types that are immune to Volt Switch and it can pivot itself while walling the physical threats that threaten Shox out like Zamazenta, Colossoil and Revenankh. They cover each others weaknesses well and the pivoting offered by both of them can be valuable in bringing in frail Pokemon on offense teams like Weavile, who can also threaten the Ground and Grass types taking Volt Switch, while being an offensive Knock Off user on hazard stack teams. Shox can wall all Ghost Types effectively due to it's Normal Typing, clicking Volt Switch and Knock Off against them, so having a Rapid Spin user like Equilibra taking advantage of this shut down of Rapid Spin blockers is very effective for Hazard control therefore Pokemon such as Revenankh and Great Tusk appreciate the ability to recover HP with STAB Drain Punch in the former's case or spin away entry hazards in the latter's case. This also leads to Pomemon like Kyurem and Choice Band Hemogoblin to thrive on Shox cores, being switched in consistently by it and having Hazard Removal enabled by it. Being a specially defensive pivot, Shox is in direct competition with Galarian Slowking, but the utility Shox provides makes it a good choice over it such as the Normal typing, its ability and the superior movepool. Shox can do more and threaten more things, but Galarian Slowking is the superior pivot having Regenerator, healing itself, and Chilly Reception, being an unblockable form of pivoting. Unnecessary fluff imo

Shox fits best on bulky hazard stack teams, being a bundle of unique utility packed into one Pokemon. Since most bulky hazard stack teams lack hazard removal and instead opt to run Heavy-Duty Boots on most of their Pokemon, Sticky Hold is very valuable to be able to absorb Knock Off and, with Volt Switch, Ice Beam, or its own Knock off, it hits cripples or KOes the most common Knock Off users like Gliscor, Kitsunoh and Arghonaut. Forcing switches while being so hard to switch in to makes the hazard damage build up quickly, especially with it freely clicking Knock Off on most opponents. Unnecessary fluff It has trouble dealing with Equilibra, even after paralyzing it and removing it's leftovers, so having a Pokemon such as Kitsunoh and Zamazenta to block Rapid Spin and wall Equilibra is very valuable.

[Other Options]
====================
Nuzzle can be used over Glare to go through Taunt from opponents like Cresceidon and still paralyze them. Tera options are very wide on Shox, tera Flying being a standout between the ones not mentioned yet, flipping its matchup into Ground type attacks and Fighting type attacks, while tera Ghost, another one that pops out, allows it to block Rapid Spin and gain an immunity to Fighting while recieving a neutrality to it's normal weaknesses.

I would move Tera Grass to here and put Tera Flying in the SETS COMMENTS section

Mention Gliscor as SpD/Tera'd versions can win the 1v1

**Toxic**: Toxic heavily cripples Shox as without Regenerator it bleeds health faster than it can heal it and slowly gets worn down.

**Galarian Slowking**: Galarian Slowking can switch in, not minding Glare or Ice Beam, but being irritated by Knock Off. If it successfully switches in it can freely pivot into a mon that threatens Shox such as Zamazenta, Colossoil and Great Tusk.

I would broaden this to all special walls to be honest as other special walls are unbothered by Shox including opposing Shox

**Zamazenta**: Zamazenta, especially the Substitute IDBP set, can use Shox as setup fodder and win the game off of that interaction.

I definitely want to take another look at this once you implement the changes I have proposed. No QC yet as there is a lot of fluff and unnecessary points being made that can be consolidated. Lemme know if you have any questions or concerns and ping me once you have implemented these changes. :)

It fits nicely with Tornadus-T, giving it a safe switch to start clicking Nasty Plot and threaten the Grass types that resist Electric I feel like a mention of threatening Fighting-types such as Revenankh is more relevant here than Grass-types but either way provide examples, while also building a VoltTurn core with Shox to keep pressure on the opponents. A good partner for Shox can also be Snaelstrom, as Snaelstrom can freely come in on most Ground types that are immune to Volt Switch and it can pivot itself while walling the physical threats that threaten Shox out like Zamazenta, Colossoil, and Revenankh. While I do think Shox enables hazard removal to a certain degree, I do think saying it threatens Ghost-types is not entirely true because it is more about walling them but it doesn't make a lot of progress against the common ones with a weak Knock Off and usually forgoing a non-Volt Switch STAB. I would just remove this as hazard removal does work with Shox but it doesn't need it itself and therefore is more of an afterthought when building with Shox.

Shox is a great special wall with unique traits that let it fit on a lot of diffrent archetypes, from stall to bulky offense, due to Sticky Hold being a rare and valued ability on most teams for a consistent Knock Off absorber. shox does not fit on either stall or bulky offense, it basically only fits on balance or bootsspam fat teams; reword this sentence accordingly With its Normal typing, Shox can wall Dragapult and Gholdengo, how is shox supposed to threaten gholdengo? at best, it can slow volt out into a revenge killer, but if ghold is focus blast then you might just take 90% of your health in the process while its Electric typing lets Shox check the likes of Tornadus-T and Obliteryx and strike back with Volt Switch or threaten to cripple with Glare or Knock Off. With its slow Volt Switch, Shox can act as a defensive pivot to bring in powerful breakers for balance teams, bringing value to balance and offense teams alike, while its ability to absorb Knock Off lets Shox alleviate hazard pressure for its teammates, and in some cases even allows bulkier structures to forgo hazard removal altogether. helps stall and especially bulky hazard stack teams by switching in and allowing teammates to keep their items. It can utilize Knock Off itself, having Ice Beam and Volt Switch to hit common Knock Off absorbers like Gliscor, Corviknight, and Snaelstrom, and Colossoil super effectively. Milk Drink provides consistent healing to improve Shox' longevity. recovery is self explanatory If you don't need a Knock Off absorber, Electromorphosis can be considered, as the damage buff can allow Shox to OHKO non Assault Vest Tornadus-T variants and heavily damage Arghonaut. im afraid emorph is unviable, but if you really want to mention it, it can go in OO Glare can be considered on some Shox sets for the ability to paralyze even Ground types like Great Tusk and Garchomp Equilibra and Ting-Lu tusk and chomp hate taking ice beams anyways. Between Glare and Knock Off, it can be quite hard to switch into Shox, with its most common switch ins being crippled by the loss of their item or being paralyzed like the aforementioned Equilibra, Ting-Lu, and Zamazenta Galarian Slowking. Discharge is an alternative to Volt Switch for the ability to sit on the field and potentially paralyze something, compressing STAB damage and paralysis into one move at the cost of guaranteeing paralysis outright or having the ability to pivot safely. Super Fang can half the HP pool of an opponent, putting Pokemon without recovery in a bit of pinch if paired with Knock Off to rid said Pokemon of their Leftovers.. Tera Fairy removes all of its weaknesses, turns Fighting into a resistance, and provides a Dragon immunity, which can be used against Pokemon like Dragapult if your health is too low to take a hit.

Utilizing its special bulk, Shox can wall and cripple special threats like Chuggalong, Dragapult, Krilowatt, and Ramnarok Mollux with Ice Beam, Knock Off or Glare, depending on the set. Shox also counters bulky hazard stack teams, as it fully walls Gholdengo lacking Focus Blast, a common sight on those teams if gholdengo is on bulky hazard stack then its probably some bulky set that can just set up on shox forever, because shox cant meaningfully threaten it aside from slow pivoting into a breaker. the reason why shox is good versus bulky hazard stack teams is because its immune to their main form of making progress (hazards) and can absorb knocks so that its teammates dont have to take hazards either. It can absorb Knock Off and deal with the users such as Gliscor and Obliteryx pick a different knock user, shox isnt a sd gliscor check unless you run lots of physdef. With Shox' rare Normal typing it can also wall Kitsunoh and threaten it back with Knock Off to make it very difficult for common teammates to switch in due to its sheer utility. Shox can also wall Ramnarok, as it can switch in against and paralyze it with Glare for a teammate to be able to outspeed it or pivot into a faster threat like Deoxys-S or Iron Valiant, which couldn't switch in on their own. It fits nicely with Tornadus-T, giving it a safe switch to start clicking Nasty Plot and threaten the Grass and Fighting types that threaten or wall it, while also building a VoltTurn core with Shox to keep pressure on the opponents tornadus rarely runs both NP and uturn at the same time, this sentence is a little confusing as-is. A good partner for Shox can also be Snaelstrom, as Snaelstrom can freely come in on most Ground types that are immune to Volt Switch and it can pivot itself while walling the physical threats that threaten Shox out like Zamazenta, Colossoil, and Revenankh. They cover each others weaknesses well and the pivoting offered by both of them can be valuable in bringing in frail Pokemon on offense teams like Weavile, who can also threaten the Ground and Grass types taking Volt Switch, while being an offensive Knock Off user on hazard stack teams. this is a lot of words to talk about only one or two partners; id be more concise, and say something along the lines of "shox appreciates pokemon like corv/skarm/snael that can beat the ground-types it struggles with, and pairs well with fast revenge killers like dragapult, weavile, and zamazenta that appreciate being brought in with its slow volt switch". i might give a couple more edits on this paragraph once it's cleaned up a bit

Shox fits best on bulky hazard stack teams, being a bundle of unique utility packed into one Pokemon. Since most some bulky hazard stack teams lack hazard removal and instead opt to run Heavy-Duty Boots on most of their Pokemon, Sticky Hold is very valuable to be able to absorb Knock Off and with Volt Switch, Ice Beam, or its own Knock off, it cripples or KOes the most common Knock Off users like Gliscor, Kitsunoh Hisuian Samurott, and Arghonaut.
