Shuckle?

IMO, doesn't Shuckle seem like a waste of moveslot? I mean, there isn't anything it can do, and it lacks a form of recovery other than Rest, where stuff come along and set up. Shuckle only seems like a viable option only in Trick Room teams. In OU, Heracross destroys any Toxic sets, as does any RestTalker.
 
How many of you have actually had signficant experience playing with a Shuckle? I have plenty seeing as it's the lead of my mono-bug-that-beats-lots-of-things-including-mono-rocks teams, but I don't know about the rest of you.

I made a hax shuckle for local play. In adv it was shuckle@bright powder -rest -double team -toxic -protect. I jhust DT up, toxic everything stall with protects and pray they miss. lol. I did very very well with it for a few weeks than saw a lot of steel types...

I have a lot of experience using Shuckle, it was on almost all of my UU teams for about a year. In Advance, it could wall a lot of non-water special attackers and physical attackers without Rock Slide, but with everything having Stone Edge now it might not be able to do so. Also, in Standard play, everything does a lot of damage to it, and it can't just sit there and wall like it does in UU.
