[SET COMMENTS]
Silvally-Fighting is an excellent mixed wallbreaker and pivot thanks to its typing and movepool beating common Silvally checks, Defoggers, and entry hazard setters like Rhydon, Altaria, and Qwilfish in one teamslot. U-turn maintains momentum and chips bulkier checks like Alcremie, Eldegoss, and Articuno. Thunderbolt 2HKOes Qwilfish and 3HKOes Poliwrath and Wishiwashi, while Ice Beam targets Tangela, Altaria, and Gourgeist-S. These coverage moves allow Silvally-Fighting to beat common Fighting-type checks that would otherwise switch in safely.
Silvally-Fighting fits well on VoltTurn teams thanks to its good Speed tier, bulk, and coverage against defensive staples like Cramorant, Qwilfish, and Alolan Persian. Fast and slow pivots like Rotom formes, Cinccino, Wishiwashi, and Uxie chip down checks like Articuno, Stunfisk, and Rotom. Silvally-Fighting heavily struggles to break through Fairy-types and generally bulky Pokemon like Eldegoss or Stunfisk without support, so partners that can take these Pokemon on, like Alolan Dugtrio, Perrserker, and Piloswine, can help it pivot more easily. In return, Silvally-Fighting can take on bulky staples weak to its coverage, like Tangela and Poliwrath, which the aforementioned Steel-types struggle against. Checks to Rotom and Gourgeist-S, such as Stunfisk, Eldegoss, and Sap Sipper Miltank, are appreciated. Stunfisk and Miltank can use Toxic to wear down checks to Silvally-Fighting, like Articuno and opposing Stunfisk. Eldegoss and Miltank can provide cleric support to alleviate Silvally-Fighting's vulnerability to residual damage.

Other Options
=============
A fully physical Swords Dance set alongside Flame Charge and either Iron Head or Psychic Fangs makes Silvally-Fighting a late-game sweeper. At +2, a healthy Silvally-Fighting can lure in and defeat Alcremie with Iron Head, something other Fighting-types like Sawk cannot do, though this set can't beat defensive Pokemon like Qwilfish, Tangela, and Altaria. This set also faces tough competition from other Silvally formes due to their better offensive or defensive typings.
Checks and Counters
===================
**Fairy-types**: Alcremie and Clefairy do not take much damage from any of Silvally-Fighting's attacks and can freely set up on it, forcing it to switch.
**Bulky Pokemon**: Articuno, Eldegoss, Stunfisk, and Uxie don't take much damage from even Silvally-Fighting's super effective coverage attacks. Articuno and Eldegoss can heal damage off with Roost and Regenerator, respectively, though Stunfisk and Uxie lack reliable recovery.
**Ghost-types**: Spiritomb can switch into any of Silvally-Fighting's attacks with impunity and use it as setup fodder. More offensive Ghost-types, like Rotom and Gourgeist-S, are immune to its STAB move and can revenge kill it with prior damage, though they can't repeatedly switch into Silvally-Fighting's coverage.
**Faster Pokemon**: With some chip damage, faster Pokemon like Cinccino, Ninetales, and Basculin can revenge kill Silvally-Fighting, though they do not want to directly switch into any of its attacks.
