[SET COMMENTS]
Silvally-Fire is a threatening Fire-type setup sweeper with unique coverage to deal with its would-be checks. Thanks to its natural bulk, it can find opportunities to use Swords Dance on non-threatening walls like Clefairy and Eldegoss or when forcing out offensive Pokemon like Toxicroak and Rotom-F. Its coverage allows it to target Pokemon that its competition in Rapidash could otherwise struggle with; Grass Pledge hits Quagsire and Drednaw for 4x super effective damage, while Dragon Claw hits other Pokemon that resist Fire like Drampa and Silvally-Dragon. At the cost of this coverage, Flame Charge offers a Speed boost so that Silvally-Fire can function as a cleaner and prevents it from being revenge killed by Choice Scarf users like Sawk and Indeedee-F. A Jolly nature is still optimal with Grass Pledge instead of a Naive nature, as Silvally-Fire relies on its bulk to set up, and it manages to 2HKO Quagsire regardless.
Silvally-Fire fits on offensive teams and should be played as a wallbreaker or cleaner depending on its support. Grass-types like Abomasnow and Gourgiest-S help switch into Ground- and Water-types like Sandaconda and Wishiwashi for Silvally-Fire, while support from Drednaw and Skuntank can help break them. Abomasnow in particular helps set Aurora Veil, which offers more opportunities for Silvally-Fire to set up against otherwise threatening attackers like Drampa and Lanturn. Entry hazards wear down Silvally-Fire and limit its setup opportunities; entry hazard removal should be enlisted from the likes of Rotom-S, Eldegoss, and Skuntank. Another way to preserve Silvally-Fire's health is through pivots, as Togedemaru, Clefairy, and Lanturn can help bring it in safely to revenge kill their Steel- and Grass-type checks like Ferroseed, Perrserker, and Abomasnow; Clefairy also provides Wish support, which helps make up for Silvally-Fire's lack of recovery and extreme vulnerability to entry hazards chip.
