PU Silvally-Ice (Mini) [QC 2/2] [GP 1/1]

new mini
silvally-ice.gif

[OVERVIEW]

Silvally-Ice needs to use its item and ability slots just to turn into an Ice-type, so it cannot run any useful item. The Ice typing doesn't benefit it any way, as it adds a weakness to Stealth Rock and susceptibility to all entry hazards, plus a weakness against Fighting, a common attacking type in the tier. For these reasons, it cannot work efficiently as a pivot and is therefore outclassed by Silvally-Water and Silvally-Fairy. Apart from that, Silvally-Ice is also outclassed as an offensive Pokemon by Rotom-F and Aurorus on the special side, and by Alolan Sandslash and Abomasnow on the physical side. All of these Pokemon have a dual STAB typing, better abilities, and items they can use to their favor.

[SET]
name: Physically Offensive
move 1: Swords Dance
move 2: Multi-Attack
move 3: Crunch
move 4: Fire Fang / Parting Shot
item: Ice Memory
ability: RKS System
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

With this set, Silvally-Ice attempts to become a wallbreaker by boosting its Attack and attacking as hard as it can with its main STAB and coverage moves or having some utility options with Parting Shot. Even then, it's outclassed by Alolan Sandslash and Abomasnow with their better typings and movesets. The former is faster under hail, stronger, and isn't weak against Stealth Rock, and the latter summons hail and can run mixed sets effectively.

[OVERVIEW]
Silvally-Ice is a very mediocre Pokemon in PU. It gets outclassed by almost every single other Silvally form in the tier, both offensively and defensively, and even then, it needs to use its item and ability slots just to turn into an Ice-type, giving it little room to work with.
All in all, Silvally-Ice is hard to justify when there are better Silvally forms in the tier that fulfill a very similar role. (you can mention rocks weakness, weakness to fighting, which is quite common in the tier) (you can go into specifics like which silvally formes in particular outclass icevally, just saying that almost of them outclass it is a bit vague)(You mention at the bottom what other ice types outclass it, mention it here as well, not only about the fact its one of the worst silvally formes)

With this set, Silvally-Ice attempts to become a wallbreaker by boosting its attack and attacking as hard as it can.
It cannot attack on the special side, as Rotom-F has better BoltBeam coverage and dual STAB, and it is relegated to attack on the physical side, and even then, it's outclassed by Alolan Sandslash with its better typing and even Beartic in that regard. (that might be a stretch. Beartic lacks a speed tier without hail and even then, no one would use Beartic over Alolaslash)
Its only niche is that it outspeeds Alolan Sandslash when not under hail, and some momentum in Parting Shot. (niche is what makes the mon usable. We dont use icevally because it naturally outspeeds alolaslash.)
In conclusion, Silvally-Ice is one of the worse Silvally forms in the tier, and it gets outclassed by almost every single one of them. (no repetition here its at the top)

Silvally-Ice is a very mediocre Pokemon in PU. It gets outclassed by almost every single other Silvally form in the tier, (that isn't true, most others also suck, remove)both offensively by Silvally-Dragon and Silvally-Ghost and defensively by Silvally-Water and Silvally-Poison. It needs to use its item and ability slots just to turn into an Ice-type, turning it into a Pokemon with predictable sets. (that isnt the problem with the item and ability. the problem is just that it leaves silv with no slot for a useful item or ability)The Ice typing doesn't benefit it anyway, as it adds a weakness to Stealth Rock and susceptibility to all entry hazards, plus a weakness against Fighting, a very common attacking type in the tier. For these reasons, it cannot work efficiently as a pivot either, and has to take a fully offensive role, which is still outclassed by Rotom-F and Aurorus on the special side, both with dual STAB and better abilities, and Alolan Sandslash (and abomasnow)on the physical side. The latter is also stronger, faster under hail, has a better offensive and defensive typing and doesn't have a weakness to Stealth Rock.

It cannot attack on the special side, as Rotom-F has better BoltBeam coverage and dual STAB, (if you're running physical, no need to mention the special attacker)and it is relegated to attack on the physical side, and even then, it's outclassed by Alolan Sandslash (and abomasnow)with its better typing and moveset.

Silvally-Ice is outclassed both offensively by Silvally-Dragon and Silvally-Ghost no, it's outclassed offensively by other ice types, which you mention later. this bit's just not right. and defensively by Silvally-Water and Silvally-Poison. It needs to use its item and ability slots just to turn into an Ice-type, so it cannot run any useful item. All of these Pokemon have a dual STAB and better abilities. overall this just needs a bit of rewriting, the points are all good but u jump back and forth between the mons that outclass it and other issues. just drop that one bit of info and figure out in what order u wanna say everything
