Hey, I'm looking for a ditto with the lowest Speed IV, I'm not bothered about the other stats. I have a 5IV vulpix I can trade, it's modest and has ability flash fire.
I'm not sure if this constitutes as a minor pokemon trade or not, but I'll just post it here anyway.

Since the Destiny Knot carries on 5 IVs from a parent, and HP type is reliant on IVs, is it safe to assume that the Destiny Knot would also pass on the HP type? I ask because I am trying to explain why I got a crap ton of Eevee with HP Dragon before I finally got the Fire by getting rid of the Destiny Knot from this breeding entirely.

Yes, it will pass on HP if the 6th stat is even/uneven depending on wanted HP type
