RNG manipulation is basically abusing the random number generator in the games to get pokemon with the IV's and nature you want, and also gender/ability/shininess if you want. 100% legit since you aren't modifying the game in any way.

I plan on buying a Nintendo eShop pre-paid card and using that to pay for bank once my trial expires. Not sure if you can do it with a credit card.

Edit: turns out you can use credit cards as well.

i was actually refering to where i go to pay. i don't see any options.

is it something that will pop up when the trial expires?

Stupid question but has anyone else noticed that if you have a fainted poke in your party and accept a wifi battle it max revives? Also pp is restored

Yeah, I think it was IGN who released a tutorial on how to do it on YouTube back when X and Y were first released. I used that trick in my play through ^.^
