Yeah, gamefreak was definitely gracious tous this gen:

IV checker (he only states if it is perfect or 0 for each stat, so you still might need to use an IV calc)
Super training (although hordes are much better XD)
New IV breeding mechanics
Friend safari in which each poke has at least 2 perfect ivs
Mother passes ball to offspring (makes it look more fabulous XD)

Hey I'm in need of a cloning job for the X and Y exclusive mega stones. Cloner can keep one copy if they wish to I just need two of each mega stone (it's kinda a gift for a friend of mine) Reply if you can do it. Reminder: I will be supplying the mega stones for you.

just fyi stealth rocks isnt an egg move on any of the pokes you named for your wants

I want to soft reset my Zapdos until I get good enough ivs/natures. Is it worth the masterball or is there an efficient way to capture it normally?

Use your master ball. What else are you going to use it on?
I mean you could try false swipe + sleep and something like dusk ball, but that will get annoying once you did it like 30 times.
I used my master ball when I soft resetted my moltres.
 
Can anyone trade me a Charizardite Y? I can offer any of the Kanto starter Mega stones if you're willing to wait about an hour haha
 
If anyone has either natural cure or analytic staryu for trade pm me I have a few 4 and 5 iv pokes for trade just don't have the game on me currently

At least point me in the direction to some way to clone them myself.
 
Is it possible to catch dream world pokemon with balls that aren't Dream Balls in Black and White? Like a Speed Boost Sharpedo in a Net Ball, for example.

Yep, the Dream Ball just appears in your bag so you have at least one ball to use on it. Every ball has a 100% catch rate on DW pokemon.
