Rain does make sense for your team, it strengthens vaporeon and rotoms attacks, if youre using hydration on vape thats another plus, the rain would help luke survive unstabbed fire attacks, and even though it doesnt help harvest, it weakens fire attacks against trevenant
 
Ok and politoed has drizzle right? So I could use goodra and politoed. But it doesn't hVe hydration, although I don't think that would be bAd, it might be a good way to surprise people by switching in
