I find hordes to be faster, but that's just me.
Plus hordes get some levels on your pokes anyways

does anyone know of any tutorials for beating the higher levels of super training? apparently i'm not very good at dodging those stupid balls.

Damage, movement speed, attacking speed, and the point deduction from being hit are calculated based on your pokemon's actual stats, not simply their EVs, so if you're using a low level pokemon it's MUCH harder to win in super training. When you have a pokemon with high enough attack, special attack and speed stats, you can usually blast through each round without having to move just by attacking as fast as you can.

If you're beating super-training just to beat it, use the highest level pokemon you've got. If you're beating it to EV train, either back off to lower difficulty until your pokemon has enough EVs to move on, or just EV train using hordes.
