1. While that was true in previous gens, Ability Capsule exists now.
2. There are no IV/Nature restrictions for bred mons in any gen.

The Cleffa appears legal provided it is level 5 or more and it's from Hoenn, but please add OTs and TIDs to anything in your thread you didn't catch/breed yourself, it's one of the easiest ways for hack checkers/mods to catch hacks.
Oh Wow that is very good to know. I just memory checked the cleffa and he has no memory. I'm not sure if the memory check supports pal parked pokemon.
I think it might be good to invest in pokemon emerald again just for the tutor guy.

I don't wanna start an argument with a mod-like-figure, but lemme put it this way.
That Cleffa:
Would have to be bred by an RNG abuser in Emerald. I am under the impression that 3rd gen abuse is basically impossible, and by the guide I looked at on smogon, do you have any idea how hard that would be to get completely flawless IVs?
It just seems so much more logical that it's genned, and honestly, a completely flawless Cleffa WITH Softboiled would have been seen around by now. Something like that would be so valuable it's not even funny.
It's possibly legal, but the odds are heavily stacked against it.
EDIT: OMG. Look at it in his thread. It's even shiny. If that isn't hacked, then just wow.

Simple question. I don't really get IVs, is a level 1 hasty eevee with 12/6/5/6/6/6 5IV?
Edit: I've tried psypokes' IV calc and it says that it has 5 31 IVs, while the kiloude says it has 3.. needs some reassurance.

No, when people refer to 5 IVs they are generally referring to a pokemon with IVs of 31/X/31/31/31/31 or 31/31/31/X/31/31
I mean that is the base stat, can we look at IVs from base stat?
At level 100, yes.

^What they said. I would go to the battle institute, save before entering, go in and once your pokemon is set to level 50, write down the stats and put them into the calculator mentioned above.
