I know :) I'm just saying that Frustration hits as hard at minimum happiness as Return hits at maximum happiness and very few people run minimum happiness on their dittos

No I mean.. Return is more powerful at max happiness than Frustration is at max unhappiness! =P But very good point with the dittos..!

Initially, Frustration almost always has a higher base power, since the default happiness is usually set at 70.
 
Can anyone suggest a nickname for a female Crobat? That's just one 'mon I can never find a good one. No variation on "bat", "batgirl", etc. please, I'm not a DC fan :U

Afaik happiness isn't maxed in Wifi, but Return is generally preferable over Double-Edge simply because the recoil adds up, and there isn't that much of a difference in the damage dealt. At any rate, it's not hard to raise happiness.
