You don't use Stealth Rock on a scarfed set
RNG abuse is basically starting the game at the right time, advancing it a certain number of times, and getting a flawless Pokemon out of it (note: this is an incredibly simplified explanation).
I prefer Band myself, but I don't use Ttar to set up rocks. I just want to nuke things with Stone Edge/Crunch.
If there was a flawless one, it would be, but the ones that are floating around are all garbage.
Well I found an Unown on GTS so that is one off my list, but it cost me my spare Zapdos. I swear the GTS is full of a bunch of trolls.
I have been with success. The idea is to set up rocks on a non-threatening lead while they switch, or attack straight away if they pose a threat.
I have one you could have for free. Mecha's helping me with my dex right now though so I'll give it to you once we're done trading.
I can trade one right now for a BP item. Got any Life Orb?

Thanks for the Insight. Had alot of trouble with Mega Absol but i'll switch it out. On the T-Tar analysis it says Scarg T-Tar can outpace Starmie and Latios? How does that work out??
Jolly t-tar hits 243 speed (I think). Multiply that by 1.5x and it is about 364, which outpaces starmies 361 (barely) and latios 350 speed with timid natures :3
Jolly Tyranitar has 243 speed, and Choice Scarf grants a x1.5 boost. 243 * 1.5 = 364.5 (rounds down to 364). Max Speed Starmie is at 361, and max Speed Latios is at 350 (349 if HP Fire).
That's ridiculous. Like an 18 wheeler passing a Ferrari
Think of the Choice Scarf like a jet engine strapped onto the 18 wheeler (not that it would be a good idea in real life).
