If you actually tried to learn RNG (there are guides and videos out there), you could do it even if you're 12 years old.
And if you want my opinion; just start a thread with the pokes you have, and if it's successful, somebody might wanna join in and provide the services you can't do yourself.

Alternatively, once you get one you want, just search that ESV in the search box at the top of the forum, perhaps you'll get lucky.

A mod gave a me link recently but he said he won't put it up yet until it has been totally updated. The old link has been taken down from google spreadsheets. It still contained most of the smogon ppl from what I recalled. What TSV were you looking for? Maybe I can just quickly look at the list again (if I still have access to it) and tell you who to contact (if any)
