I was just wondering...I see so many threads here with SO many awesome and epic Pokemon. How on Earth do you get started? I don't really have any good Pokemon to trade (I restarted my game a while ago), so I don't have much to trade. And most people seem to want shiny 5iv's for shiny 5iv's and stuff like that. So I'm just wondering if there are any tips or anything to get started with trading for the really good competitive Pokemon? Or do you just basically get lucky and go from there?

Start by breeding something that you want competitively and giving away spitbacks (specifically 4 IV females).
With your new spitbacks make competitive 5 IV pokes from them and then again, give away spitbacks.
Keep extra 5 IV pokes to trade for specific 5 IV pokes.
Don't worry about shinies, there are plenty of people here who are fine with non shinys.

Its simple..dont turn your nose up at peoples generosity, and pay it forward. A lot of the most successful people are the first ones to jump in and help someone out (kind of a life lesson too..) and thats not just a coincidence.


Or get lucky and breed a flawless shiny and whore it out everywhere..

Edit: i really want to use one with modest nature but can't find a team that is really fits him,i know becasue he is very slow sticky web will be very handy so glavantula or shuckle is an option to my team,heatran can take the fairy,ice and dragon attacks and fight back,which pokes fits the team with ahmparos,glavantula\shuckle and heatran?

However, I did find a match for 3884. It belongs to someone on FaceBook with the name Mike Hendricks. I can't link you to the exact profile, as I do not have it. He belongs to (or, maybe, used to) a group going by the name of Pokemon X/Y Instacheck Shiny Value. The group itself is a closed group, however; you'll need to message (most likely) Steven Joshua Bruss to get in - you'll also need to know your TSV, which you already know.

Thats great news, 3884 is the best egg that i have! 6iv bagon, gonna try to enter this group.
