Is there a way to trade with a specific person over GTS? That is, so no one else just browsing GTS can Greninja the trade? I have some trades set up with people in different time zones/ who have decent sleep schedules, and it'd be nice to set it up so we don't have to both be online at the same time.

Easiest method is make a stupid one using like luvdisk and do a two part trade. But overall it's just a pain

For Gdocs, under the 'Insert' dropdown there will be an option to insert a picture if you are logged in to an account with sufficient privileges.

Seriously, I have no idea. There's probably some method for activating Unburden I'm forgetting (maybe it was Power Herb with Solarbeam, I can't remember).
