I saw that, I'm just making sure those 2-3 points in attack won't ruin it.
At Lvl 50, 28-29 ATK IV literally has a one point difference from 30-31. Shouldn't really matter

I got a Nidoran Male though Wonder Trade with the egg moves Toxic Spikes and Flatter. I know he can learn both of those leveling up but after looking though some online lists I can't find any combination of parents that would give him those moves right from the egg. How is this possible?

Both moves have same priority, so whoever is faster moves first. Since Kang was paralyzed, it was slower than Azumarill, so Azu goes first. Also, this should probly be in a different thread, but w/e
If both parents knew those moves, then they would be passed down regardless if they were egg moves or not :)

Neither myself or the other Wifi moderators mind questions like this being asked in this thread, it's the arguments that spawn from it that we have a problem with. As long as the questions are asked and answered without an argument, it's perfectly fine.

Just for curiosity's sake, what's the purpose of a 1 Speed Pokémon? I've never seen that requested before.
Maybe for a Trick Room HP pokemon that needs and odd # in speed IV but also a Low IV to take advantage of Trick Room effectively
