Please don't take this personally as its directed at plenty of people but 3 ivs are guaranteed...just because you get 3 31s does NOT mean you need to post keep/toss...if it's not outstanding potential, don't even bother unless it's pure special and the attack is ridiculously low

Anybody knowledable about UU speed tiers could give me advice about how many speed ev's should be used on Modest Competative Milotic?

I know 168 is used to outspeed Breloom and Bisharp in Doubles, but of course they are both OU.

If I were you, I would not EV train Milotic in Speed. The best UU speed tier is 95+. I would go 252 SpAtk+HP, and 4 Spdef/Def.

I think Latios or Latias would do well with your team to provide Defog support for Talonflame and so Rotom doesn't take chip damage as it pivots around. It'd be better if we knew your sets, though. Also, this would probably go better in the OU forum (can't be bothered to link).

I mean..not really...but it's a fast stealth rocker, powered up diamond storm, can't be intimidated before mega evolving..it's got its pros I guess the shittiness that is the physical movepool can't be understated though...

Well, considering gyro ball, d-storm, and explosion are its best (and pretty much only) physical moves... Not at all in my opinion. Guess it could be used as a fast screen mega with rocks, but that's kinda a waste of a mega slot imo. If you have another code and game, I would keep. If not, toss.

Well I do have a spare code, but only one game (which isn't a big deal.) My biggest concern about keeping and using the spare is the risk of it being one of the "glitched" wondercards.

It's for the best ;_;. If only it had been careful or impish, that would've been a keep for sure. Regular diancie can live with one physical attack, but mega diancie cannot (and jolly diancie would surely be forced to be mega).

I wasn't far into my last save, so I picked up a few codes with the intent of restarting the save until I got a 3+ IV WC, then speed run up to Kiloude.
