Just SR'd this Diancie (I kinda stopped SRing them then got too busy until now to start up)

Hasty- 22-23/29/31/31/29/31 (HP Steel)

Keep or toss? HP IV is debatable but the rest is quite solid. Also, HP Steel could be a nice niche against other Diancie (unless it gets another better Steel move)
