The ones the game basically calls legendary are a good start. The ones normally obtained through special events like Genesect and Mew are called mythical, and are usually prohibited from being used in official competitions like VGC. The only exception is Phione, who's prohibited despite not being considered legendary, albeit is bred from Manaphy who IS mythical or another Phione.

Worth Trading or Not? I'm Dexnaving Porygons out of boredom and that's the best I've got atm; not too shabby I guess. AI'm obviously still trying to hunt down a better Porygon at this moment, but still...

Alright, the person I asked never got back to me.

Seeking a High Level Prankster Sableye I can use to SR Rayquaza. Being EV'd and such is helpful, but the main thing is a Sableye high enough level to cut out the grinding.
 
I'm looking for an HA Drilbur/Excadrill. Egg Moves/IVs are immaterial, just looking for the raw material so to speak. I don't have anything particularly exciting around, but I can certainly sling over BP items.

Art Vandelay gave me a hand, the classy gent, allowing me to avoid the wretched hive of scum and villainy that is the GTS.
