Yes. If you chain pokes, you get higher Ivs and level (up to 3 flawless Ivs), egg moves and hidden ability.

I have one for shiny forms here! The only difference between shiny and non-shiny Vivillon is the white body though, so I wouldn't think it makes much of a difference for those.
