I already asked him and he only has a Timid one and Modest ones with 0 Atk Hidden Power spreads.
Does anybody have a Trick Room HP Grass Ditto I could have or borrow?
What do you think about dusk? I was initially thinking nest, but I bet most people are using that.
While I usually love dusk ball I personally don't like the match with tornadus in this case, I'd pick between master and nest.
I like Dusk for Tornadus, but then I'm not all that hot for Nest. Any of the three will work, though.

I am not at the point in the game to catch Rayquaza yet however
I want to land a perfect 31 Rayquaza when I get to that point
since you say it is mandatory to progress through the game
how much dialogue etc do you have to put up with on every reset?
You can save right in front of it, but after you catch it... (only continue reading if you want to be spoilered)
you have to sit through a cutscene and battle Deoxys after that. You can check your Rayquaza's stats during that Deoxys battle, but you can't see the nature so you'll have to figure it out from the sheer numbers of the stats.
Forgot to mention that you can kill the Deoxys and rebattle it later.

Thank you for the heads up, what is the normal procedure people take when looking for a perfect Rayquaza?
Other than the obvious Synchronizer and Smeragle/Sableye etc, what else do people do to make the SR checks go as fast as possible?
Capture Power Level 3. REALLY makes the actual capture go faster once you've got a potential mon.

That is way too low to consider a keep, you only have the three guaranteed IVs, one of which is in Attack. Toss.
