For Gen6, yes but it requires your 3DS to have CFW. Gen7 is also possible, but it's similar to Gen3/4 RNG Abuse.

If you're going by Ball Release Effects, there are many good choices. Dusk and Heavy are the obvious ones, but I think Beast would be good too. Level also works for the Prism Pokemon if you don't think the release effect is too subtle. I'd say it's best to check this out before deciding if going by release effects.Hey what's a good Pokeball to catch this guy in?
If you're going by how the ball looks, the options aren't as good. Luxury or Heavy.
