Why is Dialga not considered very viable, either version of it really, and why is Origin slightly better than the OG?

More so I thought it'd be more useful given its a Dragon that on paper doesn't care about opposing Dragons or Fairies.
Dialga doesn't hit hard enough without attack investment, and can't tank hits at all without defense investment (and can't function as a proper wall even with investment). It wants dual stabs + fire/earth coverage, and then phazing/twave/stealth rock, but it can't run them all.

As for Dialga-O, it helps with dialga's issues slightly since you get extra damage on STABs and +20 SpD, but you lose out on being able to use leftovers to actually have some longevity.

what makes reshiram worth using (Eg. not d rank) despite kyurem-white existing in the same tier? is it because you can use both?

Reshiram has fire STAB without needing to tera, and also has access to physical fire-type moves. This gives it theoretical value in being able to function marginally better at breaking Tina/Mag cores, and also theoretically being able to run debatably better DD sets. In practice however, Kyurem-W almost always ends up as the better option due to factors such as Ice being a more spammable stab and specs Fusion Flare still being more than enough to delete Mag on a switchin. Here's the last time I remember Reshiram being used in a tournament setting if you're curious about it however

PS: if you're confused about why anyone would run DD reshi over gouger, it's cause reshi has turboblaze. Although with Terapagos having left, the only turboblaze targets left are Mimikyu and the niche Lugia.
