site crashing

if this isnt the place to post this sorry, but i double checked forum and its the closest to the site tech support.

sometimes im browsing the site and it crashes, it appears that chrome couldnt establish conexion page. its the only page i got this problem, and i would like to know whether im the only one with this problem or a solution.

It's a known problem and unfortunately at the moment nothing can be done about it, usually when you get those errors, there's an influx of users trying to access the forums, resulting in an error. Wait about a minute or two and try refreshing the page to see if you can access it.

It actually happens when people change their names. I wish I still remembered the link to the page of recent name changes but meh!

For some reason, the site slows down considerably when someone is changing his or her name, particularly if the name changer has many posts. This is a known issue.
