Not A Bug Sleep Clause doesn't account for putting self to sleep

Sleep Clause did not work

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
if you have one of your pokemon use the move rest and is asleep, the enemy can still use sleep powder on another pokemon and put them to sleep as well.

Sleep Clause only prohibits the opponent from putting more than one foe to sleep. Putting yourself to sleep via moves like Rest do not count towards this, and therefore you can have multiple sleeping Pokemon at once.
