Mega Latios stands out from the crowd of Psychic-type wallbreakers in SM OU as a strong wallbreaker with decent defensive utility thanks to its typing and Levitate. Mega Latios's coverage moves allow it to dismantle opposing defensive cores, with Ice Beam pressuring Kartana and Ground-types such as Swords Dance Garchomp and Gliscor, and Earthquake handling Psychic-resistant and Psychic-immune foes such as Heatran, Assault Vest Magearna, and Tyranitar after some residual damage. Recover allows Mega Latios to improve its longevity and helps it reliably switch into the likes of Heatran and Tapu Bulu to threaten them with its coverage options. However, Mega Latios struggles to break through bulky Steel-types like Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Mega Scizor; Magnezone is a notable partner, trapping and eliminating these Steel-types with Magnet Pull. Another excellent teammate is Ferrothorn, which handles offensive threats like Ash-Greninja and Tapu Koko that force Mega Latios out, and sets Spikes, putting Assault Vest Magearna and Mega Tyranitar into range of a 2HKO from Earthquake.

Mega Latio's combination of Speed, power, and bulk makes it a natural fit on balance teams, pressuring common foes like Toxapex and Clefable with a powerful Psychic. This introduction is way too vague; the way you've described it makes it sound like it can almost be used like an offensive wincon given that the same basic description perfectly describes stuff like sg mag / volc / dd megatar / zard x (it doesn't really help that the fb audience doesn't really infer this sort of stuff) so I'd prefer it if you could directly state that alongside mentions of its niche over other psychics - you don't really give the audience a fucking reason to actually use the thing over another offensive psychic like zam or latias. I'd personally prefer it if you could phrase the introduction like: "latios stands out from the crowd of psychic-type wallbreakers etc." and remove the mentions of clef and pex entirely, but you can really do whatever as long as you sell the idea that it's a breaker with decent defensive utility before anything. Mega Latios's coverage moves allow it to dismantle opposing defensive cores, with Ice Beam nailing the prevalent Landorus-T and Gliscor I feel like you could rephrase this point? Not that this is factually wrong or anything but there's a lot of bullshit specifics involving the lando-t matchup so I'd prefer it if you could change the subject entirely and mention how ice beam is used to pressure sd grounds and kart, but if you're not really willing to do that, replace the mention with either tapu bulu or tangrowth. and Earthquake handling checks again, if you could clarify by mentioning something like Psychic checks that would just solve a lot of potential problems w/ specifics and all that such as Heatran, Assault Vest Magearna, and Tyranitar after some residual damage. Recover allows Mega Latios to improve its longevity and helps it reliably switch into the likes of Heatran and Zapdos don't really like this zapdos example here given that a lot of zap are still running discharge; replace this a mention of your choice of a sd ground and/or a non-serp offensive grass. to threaten them with its coverage options. However, Mega Latios struggles to break through bulky Steel-types like Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Mega Scizor; Magnezone is a notable partner, trapping and eliminating these Steel-types with Magnet Pull. Another excellent teammate is Ferrothorn, which handles offensive threats like Ash-Greninja and Tapu Koko that force Mega Latios out, and sets Spikes, putting Assault Vest Magearna and Tyranitar could be worth specifically mentioning mega ttar here given that you need a lot more chip on it than you do w/ the base form into range for a 2HKO with Earthquake.
