You just need the right contacts, all you need is someone from Madagascar, that country is the principal producer of vanilla in the world.

extract probably contains additional organic compounds…

I'd argue that non-GMO vanilla goes against what Smogon represents. We assume perfectly optimized specimens are the baseline and use external technology to shortcut several cycles of selective breeding to produce those specimens.
