Frankly, I've seen too much recycling of jokes here.

The recent proposition to trademark pokemon teams was such a great idea, that I felt the need to propose a similar policy for Smogoff.

I am proposing that every joke and idea must be registered by posters, and may only be posted and uttered by said posters who have the trademark.

This will surely improve the quality and innovativeness of posts across Smogoff, and only increase the creativity and strength of ideas.
