Starting with Round 2 of the BW Cup Dugtrio won't be allowed.
This has no effect whatsoever in Round 1.

RE: Bluri
Situation: Bluri made 6 alts and joined classic with all of them. These are: Predator1999, Terracotcha, Sandya, HappyMerchant, ShellShell and S1001S.
Result: Bluri's tournament ban will be made permanent, he will also be forum banned for 1 year.
With the Tiebreaker dragging on for longer than expected we've decided to make the deadline for Round 1 be Sunday, June 24th at midnight EST.
Note that this is being done due to exceptional circumstances related to the tiebreak, expect much stricter deadline observation in the future rounds of this classic, and in general.

Following the DPP council's decision to restrict Baton Pass in DPP, it won't be allowed in the finals of this tournament.
It is still allowed in the semifinals and DPP games should happen in the DPP Ubers tier due to this.

RE: Lavos
Situation: We've received proof that Lavos ghosted elodin for several of his GSC Cup games.
Result: Lavos is Tournament Banned for 1 year
elodin is also being tournament banned, but as he self-reported and cooperated with TD investigations, his ban will be reduced to 9 months.
Lavos cheated in the tournament that he won, and as a result will have his win of Classic IV invalidated, just like in OST XII.
