Both players initially scheduled for Friday, but Chras cancelled on Thursday. The two rescheduled for Sunday after 1PM EST, and while Harpp was online at the designated time, Chras did not show up until over an hour later, after Harpp was no longer available.

Serene Grace was obtained by the Victory Road Elites in a trade during Week 4. The Victory Road Elites substituted in Serene Grace over Xiri to play against Raiza for Week 4. Players are not eligible to play during the same week they are obtained, so the substitution was invalid. Due to not knowing the substitution was invalid, Raiza and Serene Grace played their game.
Result: The game is invalid and the Victory Road Elites must substitute a player to fill in for Serene Grace.

Both players scheduled for 8:00pm their shared time on Saturday. At 6:30pm their time, Ktütverde messaged Kushalos requesting that he play within the next hour. At 8:30pm their time, Ktütverde messaged Kushalos to say he had to leave. Both players claim to have been on at the scheduled time, however neither player messaged each other close to the scheduled time itself. No proof has been provided by either player that they were on and attempted to contact each other.
Ktütverde initially claimed that he would be available on Sunday, but when offered a time by Kushalos both later on Saturday and on Sunday he did not respond and later he stated in a private message that he would not be willing to play this series.

During their SM Monotype game, Wincon accidentally forfeited while attempting to reload the page before the start of turn 1, ending the game with Harpp as the winner. Since this battle was played on the main server instead of smogtours, a recreation is not possible.
Players are explicitly reminded that playing on the main server risks a recreate not being possible should either player time out or disconnect, as is stated explicitly in the Standard Tournament Rules linked in every week's thread.
Result: Harpp wins.

Sam I Yam and Xiri agreed to play on the second weekend of the round via VMs. When Xiri reached out to Sam I Yam through VMs on Thursday, he did not receive a response. Xiri then contacted Sam I Yam through discord to attempt to schedule a time. After one of Xiri's messages at 12:50 AM EDT, Sam I Yam did not follow up until 1:50 PM EDT (2:50 AM Xiri's local time) requesting that the two play in 2-3 hours. As Xiri was asleep and unable to play his Monday morning before deadline, no game occurred.
Sam I Yam left Xiri hanging more than once throughout their interactions, while Xiri made a concentrated effort to schedule the game.
