I'd rather play the SM tiers but since I know whoever buys me gonna stick in ADV, at least make sure to have someone else in the team who knows at least the basics of the gen so I have someone to talk to about teams n stuff. You'll be hugely disapointed if I'm playing ADV with no one else in the team that knows in tier, this is not a threat, but I know for a fact I'll end up not motivated and re-using old teams that everyone knows week after week, or maybe having some fun with Baton Pass.
