one question tho, are eviolite allowed?

Yes ofc. This is basically ORAS OU except every round your pool of pokemon to teambuild with are limited to the region I've selected. So you can use eviolite chansey if Round 1 happens to be Kanto but you can't use leftovers blissey because Blissey wasn't until Johto. Makes sense?
