Greetings players, welcome to the next NOC, planned to start after the current 11 player white flag ends!
This game will be a closed set up, there will be role power but not to the same off the charts level as the recent role madness game OCNOC.
The concept of this game is that the flavouring will be smogon players, who have been active over the past year of smogon NOC, dating back to Texas Cloverleaf's Matrix mafia. Hopefully this will be a good way to celebrate what I believe has been a solid year of smogon NOC games, during my research and reading back I definitely think smogon has come a long way this year, with some really great performances from town and scum alike.
Please note that this game, as noted, will have role power. This means that it is essential that you maintain reasonable activity if you sign up to this game, you never know if you will roll something important. Not posting often is one thing, but please don't be the person to sign up and not even submit night actions, as has happened in some recent role power games. That being said, please do your best to actually stay active in thread for the game if you do sign up!
The game will have the usual, standard NOC rules. I will have them posted by game start, but you all know the drill by now. Yes hal, encryption will be banned!
