No, we didn't. Sign ups occur on the day of the tour and last for only a couple of minutes until they are closed, as vinc said.
It's my understanding that the signup thread is posted the day of the tour.

no. tours are live, you must be there to register so we know you'll be there to play (you play near-immediately after registration).
Well then i cant register. Cuz i am at +5 30 gmt . It's 4 30 in the morning for me. I cud battle at six but four thirty hard luck for me.
Saturday and Sunday tours are hold a little bit later if that helps. iirc the Sunday one would be at 6:30 your time
- Friday tours are hosted @ 6 PM Eastern time (GMT -5).
- Saturday tours are hosted @ 4 PM Eastern time (GMT -5).
- Sunday tours are hosted @ 2 PM Eastern time (GMT -5)

Say you sign up today, but cant battle today. Do i have say in my sign up post that'll be battling on saturday and sunday? Also im terrible with timezones. I live in california, does that mean the time zone tour is being hosted on is 7 hours ahead of me or 3 hours like other people have been saying?
You have to battle almost right after you sign up, it's basically a live tournament.
