hey everyone sorry for top cut delay but like...exams blow
this is how top cut is going to work based on the number of people and my goals for the tournament
i am going to randomize top cut across records. resistance was messed up due to auto dropping x-3s, and there were some mistakes in hosting. i'm human. similarly, i don't want to lock top cut at top 64 since there's so many rounds. so we're doing team submission for t64 and t32 rounds and then locking at t16. in order to compensate for that, i will be hiding the brackets for t64 and t32 (and just posting the matchups) and then post the bracket at t16 onwards.
finally, streaming is important to us right now. we want to show off top cut as much as possible to get out as much vgc exposure. thank you so much for playing your games to get to this point. please be cooperative as we try to stream your games and please post in this thread when you're playing and be receptive to us asking to stream you. we obviously can't force you to stream, but...do it.
