It should (hopefully) only concern a few people, so I guess he can find someone to tell him the pairings and post his wins.
This is so lame, I'm getting the idea that smogon doesn't care about it's image and doesn't want to be taken seriously. If you really want to end the ghosting, don't stimulate it and take some serious countermeasures.
