Sneasel Breeding

I tried breeding a sneasel with a smeargle with ice punch and pursuit, but the baby wasn't a sneasel with ice punch and pursuit, can someone help me.

Is the smeargle a male and sneasel a female? Did you take out the smeargle at all?

was the smeargle male? if not it wont pass Ice Punch and Pursuit.

The sneasal has to be female in order for the egg to be sneasal.

Yes, I tried breeding a sneasel first, female, then a male smeargle with ice punch and pursuit only

The two seem to get along. This is on pokemon ruby version.

Sneasel doesn't have those as egg moves in Ruby sorry, only Diamond / Pearl.

You're trying to get an Electivire? Then just transfer the Sneasel and Smeargle over to Diamond/Pearl and breed them there. That should work.
