[SET COMMENTS]
Solrock is a Stealth Rock setter that acts as a physical wall thanks to its decent Defense and access to Will-O-Wisp and a reliable recovery move, making it a good check to some physical attackers such as Persian and Stonjourner. It is also notable for having a decent matchup against spinners such as Hitmontop and Galarian Mr. Mime depending on its coverage. However, Solrock suffers from competition with other Stealth Rock setters such as Mawile and Palpitoad, both of which have a better typing and are easier to fit on teams. Mawile has access to Intimidate and plenty of really good resistances such as Ice, Grass, and Flying while Palpitoad has two great immunities in Electric and Water. Rock Slide gives Solrock a better matchup against common entry hazard removers like Mr. Rime, whereas Zen Headbutt is another option that helps against Fighting-types such as Throh and Falinks. Toxic can be an option over Will-O-Wisp to wear down bulkier Pokemon like Gourgeist-XL and Beheeyem, but in a lot of cases, Solrock needs the opposing Pokemon burned to check it easily. Colbur Berry can be used to check Throh, which it can't cripple with Will-O-Wisp, more easily. However, Solrock otherwise prefers the passive recovery from Leftovers.

Solrock struggles a lot against Dark-types such as Pawniard and Thievul, so Fighting-types like Throh, Falinks, and Hitmontop make really good teammates for it. They also benefit from Solrock's unique typing, since they tend to struggle against Psychic- and Flying-types such as Defog Silvally-Psychic and Vespiquen that Solrock has no trouble checking. Falinks can offensively check Swords Dance Silvally-Psychic and Ludicolo variants thanks to First Impression. Offensive Grass- and Water-types such as Silvally-Grass and Basculin can easily pressure Solrock, so bulky Grass-types such as Gourgeist and Roselia are recommended teammates for it. Solrock can also switch into Fire- and Flying-types such as Raboot and Vespiquen for Roselia and Gourgeist. Although Solrock has good Defense, its Special Defense is bad, so special walls such as Dusclops and Type: Null work well as teammates, since both of them can switch fairly well into wallbreakers that pressure Solrock like Ludicolo and Glaceon.

Stealth Rock is a really important move since it wears down the opposing team which can be really helpful since Solrock forces some switches thanks to Will-O-Wisp. (this sentence is fluff and just not needed at all, while the content in it isn't relevant, nuke it) Morning Sun acts as a reliable recovery and Rock Slide is mainly used to avoid being really passive. (mention why it's used over something like zen headbutt, which btw should get a slash)(does morning sun help you check anything?) Solrock suffers from the comparison (competition) with other Stealth Rock setters such as Mawile and Palpitoad that both have a better typing and are more usefull in the current metagame. (why are they more useful?)(talk abt using toxic in moves, but don't slash it for now)

you should make solrock's niche clearer with a sentence or two at the beginning of this paragraph. right now i really dont know why i should ever consider using it.

Throh and Roselia really benefit from Solrock's Stealth Rock support and high physical bulk. (why? do they do anything in exchange?) They also benefit from its unique typing since they both tend to struggle against psychic and flying types (give some example) and Solrock has no trouble in checking them. Offensive grass and water types such as Ludicolo, Silvally-Grass and Basculin can easily pressure Solrock so bulky grass types such as Gourgeist and Roselia are really appreciated as teammates for Solrock. (these two examples lose to ice beam ludi / basc (which also sometimes runs psychic fangs) and flamethrower / sd grassvally)

mention answers to dark-types
mention defog / rapid spin users
mention answers to fighting-types
mention some spdef walls
mention stuff that appreciates solrock's stealth rock

this paragraph is quite lacking, and needs a lot of reworking. let me know on discord if u have any questions.

Solrock acts here as a defensive wall (and as a stealth rock setter) thanks to its decent Defense stat and great support movepool. Morning Sun acts as a reliable recovery move that helps it to handle physically offensive Pokemon such as Persian and Hitmontop. Rock Slide is used to beat the predominant offensive ice-types such as Glaceon and Mr. Rime (just say it's more relevant against what it tries to beat, and gives it a better match up against common entry hazards removers, like mr. rime) whereas Zen Headbutt helps against fighting and poison-types such as Roselia, Throh and Falinks. Solrock suffers from competition with other Stealth Rock setters such as Mawile and Palpitoad that both have a better typing and are more useful in the current metagame. Palpitoad has two great immunities to Electric and Water while Mawile has access to Intimidate and a plenty of really good resistances. (give examples of these resistances) Solrock has a really good ability in Levitate, making it one of the best checks to Stonjourner in the tier. (talk more broadly about what levitate does and then gives some examples) It also has access to Toxic and Will-O-Wisp to cripple physical attackers such as Falinks and Stonjourner in addition to bulkier Pokemon like Musharna and Beheeyem (mention will-o and then give toxic its own mention and explain why will-o > toxic)

Set up Sweepers such as Silvally Forms, Raichu and Falinks really benefit from Solrock's Stealth Rock support. (any notable calcs they don't achieve without rocks that they do with rocks?) Solrock struggles a lot against dark-types such as Pawniard and Thievul so fighting-types like Throh, Falinks and Hitmontop make really good teammates for it. They also benefit from Solrock's unique typing since they tend to struggle against psychic and flying-types such as Vespiquen and Silvally-Psychic and Solrock has no trouble in checking them. (it kinda struggles against swords dance psychicvally though. mention that falinks deals with this particular set with first impression) Hitmontop also has access to rapid spin which makes it easier for Solrock to come in and wall. (solrock doesnt really care that much about stealth rock though) Offensive grass and water-types such as Ludicolo, Silvally-Grass and Basculin can easily pressure Solrock so bulky grass types such as Gourgeist and Roselia are recommended teammates for Solrock. (what does solrock bring in exchange?) Although Solrock has a good defence stat, its special defense is bad so specially defensive walls such as Dusclops and Type: Null work well as teammates. (what do they switch into?)

[SET COMMENTS]

there are some structuring issues in the first paragraph (order needs to be positives > negatives > moves > set details > other options) so i'm just going to rearrange it and leave my comments on the updated paragraph

Solrock acts here as a defensive wall and a Stealth Rock setter thanks to its decent Defense stat and great support movepool. Morning Sun acts as a reliable recovery move that helps it to handle physically offensive Pokemon such as Persian and Hitmontop. Rock Slide is more relevant against what it tries to beat, and gives it a better match up against common entry hazards removers, like Mr. Rime whereas Zen Headbutt helps against fighting and poison-types such as Roselia, Throh and Falinks. Palpitoad has two great immunities to Electric and Water while Mawile has access to Intimidate and a plenty of really good resistances such as Ice, Grass and Flying,. Solrock has a really good ability in Levitate since it nullifies its ground weakness, making it one of the best checks to Stonjourner in the tier. It also has access to Will-O-Wisp to cripple physical attackers such as Falinks and Stonjourner. Toxic can be an option over Will-O-Wisp to wear down bulkier Pokemon like Musharna and Beheeyem but in a lot of cases Solrock needs the opposite Pokemon to be burned to check it easily.

It also has access to Will-O-Wisp to cripple physical attackers such as Falinks and Stonjourner. this is all good info but i'd like to see its niche presented in a more concise way, namely its combination of will-o-wisp and reliable recovery making it a good check for some physical attackers, and also its decent matchup against rapid spin users like hitmontop and galarian mr. mime, depending on its coverage. Solrock suffers from competition with other Stealth Rock setters such as Mawile and Palpitoad that both have a better typing and are more useful in the current metagame easier to fit on teams. Palpitoad has two great immunities to Electric and Water while Mawile has access to Intimidate and a plenty of really good resistances such as Ice, Grass and Flying,. Morning Sun acts as a reliable recovery move that helps it to handle physically offensive Pokemon such as Persian and Hitmontop see my comment above, this should be integrated into the overview. Rock Slide is more relevant against what it tries to beat, and gives it a better match up against common entry hazards removers, like Mr. Rime whereas Zen Headbutt helps against fighting and poison-types such as Roselia, Throh and Falinks roselia is a shoddy mention since u can't risk taking a leaf storm from offensive rose, and mare is the only other notable poison and you don't really beat it with zen anyway. Toxic can be an option over Will-O-Wisp to wear down bulkier Pokemon like Musharna synchronize is annoying and a lot of ppl run heal bell on it now, replace with Gourgeist-XL and Beheeyem but in a lot of cases Solrock needs the opposite Pokemon to be burned to check it easily.

Set up Sweepers such as Silvally Forms, Raichu and Falinks really benefit from Solrock's Stealth Rock support. basically all mons benefit from rocks so unless you can expand on how any of have particularly good synergy with solrock then i'd just remove this sentence Solrock struggles a lot against dark-types such as Pawniard and Thievul so fighting-types like Throh, Falinks and Hitmontop make really good teammates for it. They also benefit from Solrock's unique typing since they tend to struggle against psychic and flying-types such as Vespiquen and Defog Silvally-Psychic and Solrock has no trouble in checking them. Falinks can deal with offensively check Swords Dance Silvally-Psychic variants and Ludicolo thanks to its access to first impression. before sending to gp make sure to go over everything and try to improve on sentence flow, and fix some small errors like the lack of capitalization of type names in the team options section.

ahhh, happened to me for a second time today. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Amchecks don't officially count as the 1/1 needed. My previous post was a placeholder so I can go over the amcheck as per request.

Please implement this one instead. Use spo.ink/gpvideo so it's easier.

I'd like to double check after you do this, so tag me once done, so I can give the 1/1.

Solrock is a Stealth Rock setter that acts as a physical wall thanks to its decent Defense and access to Will-O-Wisp and a (this can be easily missed, so I'm commenting for visibility) reliable recovery move, making it a good check to some physical attackers such as Persian and Stonjourner. It is also notable for having a decent match up matchup against spinners such as Hitmontop and Galarian Mr. Mime depending on its coverage. However, Solrock suffers from competition with other Stealth Rock setters such as Mawile and Palpitoad, both pf of which have a better typing and are easier to fit on teams. Mawile has access to Intimidate and plenty of really good resistances such as Ice-, Grass-, and Flying-type Ice, Grass, and Flying, while Palpitoad has two great immunities in Electric and Water. Rock Slide gives Solrock a better match up matchup against common entry hazards hazard removers like Mr. Rime, whereas Zen Headbutt is another option that helps against Fighting-types such as Throh and Falinks.
