[SET COMMENTS]

Latios is a fearsome offensive threat in the UU metagame primarily because of its already strong STAB moves being further bolstered by Soul Dew. Recover is important in this set, giving Latios longevity to directly pivot into the likes of Keldeo and Thundurus-T. It also allows Latios to outlast many of its checks, such as Tinkaton and Heatran. Surf can be used to threaten Excadrill and Heatran. Thunderbolt can be used as a midground play to reliably threaten Slowking without sacrificing too much momentum. Finally, Flip Turn lets Latios gain momentum on predicted switch-ins such as Slowking by pivoting to teammates like Lokix.

Latios can opt to use Life Orb, which sacrifices some longevity in exchange for more wallbreaking power. For example, Life Orb Thunderbolt cleanly 2HKOes Slowking, while Life Orb Surf cleanly 2HKOes even defensive Heatran and will just one-shot Tornadus-T if its Heavy-Duty Boots gets removed. Tera Steel is used on this set for defensive purposes, allowing Latios to take on Lokix and Ogerpon-C more easily. It also allows Latios to gain an immunity to Toxic, and in combination with Levitate, it lets Latios check Hydrapple and completely wall Clodsire. Tera Electric is an option when running Thunderbolt, boosting its power higher. It also allows Latios to better take on Tornadus-T and absorb Thunder Wave, easing its entrance opportunities.

Latios fits on offensive structures that can benefit from a strong wallbreaking presence. One good teammate is Lokix, as it is able to bring Latios safely against Skarmory and Cobalion. In return, Latios can use Flip Turn on a predicted Slowking or Tyranitar switch-in to bring in Lokix safely, so it can threaten either of them with huge damage from U-turn, especially with Choice Band. They also both easily overwhelm Tinkaton for one another, and Lokix is able to remove a potential Assault Vest from Tornadus-T. In general, pivots like Tornadus-T and Zarude are generally able to bring Latios safely into the battlefield. Zarude can also check Slowking and Excadrill for Latios, and Tornadus-T gives it an entrance point versus Rotom-W as well as removing Slowking's Heavy-Duty Boots, which helps Latios tremendously. Spikes setters like Chesnaught and Skarmory pair well with Latios, as the entry hazards they set help wear down Latios's checks, and they also appreciate its ability to check Heatran.

Latios is a fearsome offensive threat in the UU metagame, primarily because of its already strong STABs being further bolstered by Soul Dew. Recover is important in this set, as it gives Latios longevity, which allows it to be directly pivoted on the likes of Keldeo and Thundurus-T (big mentions, one of the few good reliable switch-ins to thundy lol) . It also allows it to outlast many of its checks, such as Tinkaton and Heatran. The last moveslot can be whatever your teams needs. Surf can be used to threaten Excadrill and Heatran. Thunderbolt can be used to actually threaten Slowking, who otherwise doesn't mind switching into it, as well as Skarmory. Latios *can* threaten Slowking if you get a Luster Purge drop into Draco Meteor, so this can be reworded a little to mention more reliability instead, and mention how it gives good middle ground clicks when forcing out Pokemon like Skarmory and Keldeo yea. Finally, Flip Turn can be used to gain momentum on predicted switches, such as Flip Turning on a Slowking to go into a Lokix.

gonna stick a line break here so we can delve a little into items and teras!

Latios can also opt in to use Life Orb, which sacrifices some longevity in exchange for more wallbreaking power. mention a couple of rolls it gets here, Thunderbolt is a direct 2hko on slowking with it, 2HKO on spdef heatran with surf, guaranteed to kill a knocked Boots Tornadus-T are good examples. Tera Steel is used on this set for defensive purposes, as it allows it to take on Lokix and Ogerpon-C easier. It also allows Latios to gain an immunity to Toxic, and in combination with Levitate allows Latios to completely wall Clodsire. Mention Tera Electric as an option too when running Thunderbolt, not only does it give it a power boost but it lets it handle Tornadus-T well and avoid Thunder Wave from Rotom-W / Slowking for more entry opportunities.

Latios fits on offensive structures that can benefit from a strong breaking presence. One good teammate is Lokix. Lokix is able to bring Latios safely against Skarmory and Coballion. In return, Lokix provides a Slowking and Tyranitar answer, maybe word this to say it benefits from Flip Turn cores there because this sounds like its switching into them (its not) which is much appreciated by Latios. They also both easily overwhelm Tinkaton for one another. mention knocking torn being great too In general, pivots like Tornadus-T and Zarude are generally able to bring Latios safely into the battlefield. mention how zarude can help check slowking and exca, while torn-t can give you those entries against pokemon like Rotom-W and also knock Slowking to help you wear it down more. Spikes setters like Chesnaught and Skarmory fit well with Latios, as chipping away at the opponent for Latios is appreciated, and they also appreciate the Heatran check that Latios provides.

done, also I am keeping it called Soul Dew 3a bc that is what the dex says, if you think I should just rename it to Three Attacks, just say so and I will!

In return, Latios can use Flip Turn on a predicted Slowking or Tyranitar switch-in to bring in Lokix safely, who so it can either threaten either of them with huge damage with U-Turn from U-turn, especially if it is Choice Banded with Choice Band.

On top of what sunny told you to do, please implement this change, and you should be good to go.
