With Secret Sword, Keldeo is able to threaten foes physically and specially; thus, walls that would normally switch into one of Keldeo's other attacks, such as Alolan Muk, Hisuian Goodra, and Articuno, take high damage from it. Vacuum Wave serves as a strong revenge killing option for Keldeo, picking off faster weakened threats like Chien-Pao and Excadrill and KOing Meowscarada after Stealth Rock damage with ease. Icy Wind grants Keldeo coverage against Dragon-types, and with the Speed drop, it is able to counter Dragon Dance attempts from Garchomp. Surf is a great Water-type STAB move that, although weaker than Hydro Pump, has greater accuracy.

Great Tusk is an almost-universal choice for a partner for Keldeo, both setting up Stealth Rock to wear down incoming foes and removing entry hazards with Rapid Spin so Keldeo can switch in safely. Great Tusk also provides an Electric immunity for Keldeo, and it can take out the likes of Iron Hands, Toxapex, and Water Absorb Clodsire. Iron Hands grants Fighting teams coverage against Flying teams, and with its bulk and movepool, it is able to remove the likes of Gyarados, Tornadus-T, and Enamorus. Its mixed sets work well with Keldeo, softening each other's checks while wearing down shared checks like Toxapex. Choice Scarf Sneasler is a fast pivot for Fighting teams with U-turn, and it can aid Keldeo in its wallbreaking with its great status spreading abilities thanks to a combination of Dire Claw and Poison Touch. Sneasler can also take out faster threats that annoy Keldeo such as Meowscarada, the Ogerpon formes, and Iron Valiant. In return, Keldeo is able to remove the Ground-types that annoy Sneasler such as Unaware Clodsire and Great Tusk. Gallade is another great teammate due to its ability to break down Poison teams. Lastly, Keldeo's wallbreaking abilities open up room for sweepers like Zamazenta and Iron Valiant to clean late-game, the two of them also appreciating Keldeo removing walls such as Corviknight.

Vacuum Wave serves as a strong revenge killing option for Keldeo, being able to pick off faster albeit weakened threats like Chien-Pao and Meowscarada (meow getting killed after SR damage is a pretty good benchmark to mention, as well as picking off Ground's Excadrill is pretty useful) with ease. Icy Wind grants Keldeo coverage against Dragon-types, and with the Speed drop, it is able to nullify Dragon Dance attempts from Dragonite (mention something else aside from dnite instead) . Surf is a great Water-type STAB that although being weaker than Hydro Pump, has greater accuracy. Air Slash provides Keldeo coverage against both Grass- and other Fighting-types such as Amoonguss, Okidogi, and Breloom (both drop to hydro, by that I mean 2HKO).
*something to note, Hydro Pump is oppressively strong, being able to actually 2HKO Archaludon on Steel after SR, making it your best move against the matchup. Even resists that arent really spdef but still should be a swap in are in danger, 2HKOing Sinistcha, which could be interesting to add

Choice Scarf Sneasler is a fast pivot for Fighting teams with U-turn, and with its great status spreading abilities thanks to a combination of Dire Claw and Poison Touch can aid Keldeo in its wallbreaking. Sneasler can also take out faster threats that annoy Keldeo such as Meowscarada (usually scarfed, maybe Roaring Moon and switcherooing toxapex is pretty cool too), the Ogerpon formes, and non-Choice Scarf (you outspeed scarfed anyway) Iron Valiant. In return, Keldeo is able to remove the Ground-types that annoy Sneasler such as Unaware Clodsire and Great Tusk. Lastly, Keldeo's wallbreaking abilities opens up room for sweepers like Zamazenta and Iron Valiant to clean lategame, the two of them appreciating Keldeo removing walls such as Corviknight and Amoonguss (amoon loses to ID Zama actually).

Vacuum Wave serves as a strong revenge killing option for Keldeo, being able to pick picking off faster albeit weakened threats like Chien-Pao (RC) and Excadrill (RC) and Meowscarada, the latter being KOed KOing Meowscarada (don't use latter when more than two things) after Stealth Rock damage (RC) with ease. Icy Wind grants Keldeo coverage against Dragon-types, and with the Speed drop, it is able to nullify counter (it doesn't fully cancel out, so nullify doesn't work) Dragon Dance attempts from Garchomp. Surf is a great Water-type STAB move that, (AC) although being weaker than Hydro Pump, has greater accuracy.

Great Tusk is an almost-universal (AH) choice for a partner for Keldeo, being able to both set both setting up Stealth Rock to wear down incoming foes (RC) as well as remove and removing entry hazards with Rapid Spin so Keldeo can switch in safely. Great Tusk also provides an Electric immunity for Keldeo, and it can take out the likes of Iron Hands, Toxapex, and Water Absorb Clodsire. Iron Hands grants Fighting teams coverage against Flying teams, and with its bulk and movepool, it is able to remove the likes of Gyarados, Tornadus-T, and Enamorus. Iron Valiant is another great teammate for Keldeo, being able to outspeed outspeeding the likes of Choice Specs Dragapult, Choice Band Roaring Moon, and non-Choice Scarf Meowscarada when equipped with a Choice Scarf. (replaced comma with period- breaking up the sentence since it's a little long and expressing two different ideas) and Its mixed sets work well with Keldeo, being able to soften softening each other's checks while wearing down shared checks like Toxapex. Choice Scarf Sneasler is a fast pivot for Fighting teams with U-turn, and it can aid Keldeo in its wallbreaking with its great status spreading abilities thanks to a combination of Dire Claw and Poison Touch can aid Keldeo in its wallbreaking. Sneasler can also take out faster threats that annoy Keldeo such as Meowscarada, the Ogerpon formes, and Iron Valiant. In return, Keldeo is able to remove the Ground-types that annoy Sneasler such as Unaware Clodsire and Great Tusk. Gallade is another great teammate (RC) due to its ability to break down Poison teams. Lastly, Keldeo's wallbreaking abilities opens open up room for sweepers like Zamazenta and Iron Valiant to clean late-game (AH), the two of them also appreciating Keldeo removing walls such as Corviknight.

Air Slash provides Keldeo coverage against Grass-types such as Amoonguss and Sinistcha; (replaced comma with semicolon) however, yet the two of them are the only real targets of Air Slash, and Grass teams would usually find ways to play around Keldeo.
